We are excited to share that Children’s Aid and Family Services will hold its second annual Virtual 5K - Make an Impact fundraiser from June 4 – 8, 2025!

Last year, we were pleased to have many supporters join us for our first 5K celebrating our 125^th anniversary. This year, as our journey continues, we hope to count on even more friends to participate in our virtual walk/run fundraiser to benefit vulnerable children, individuals, and families in our community.

In 2025, your support is critical. These are uncertain times for nonprofits like ours that rely on government funding. Your generosity ensures we can continue to provide vital services that empower individuals, strengthen families, and support healthier communities. With your steadfast support, we can continue to build brighter futures for those we serve.

by purchasing an event sponsorship, placing an ad in our digital journal,

creating a 5K team, registering or making a donation.

Children’s Aid and Family Services, a 501(c)3, strengthens the lives of thousands of children, adults, and families living in northern New Jersey. By donating to our event, you will support programs such as:

• Treatment foster care and adoption programs for vulnerable children and teens,

• Baby Basics, which provides free diapers and formula to local low-income families,

• The Center for Alcohol and Drug Resources, which provides community and school-based prevention and education programs, and peer recovery support services for those struggling with addiction,

• Community residences, specialized services and day programming for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities,

• Intensive mentoring for young adults who have left foster care and are transitioning into adulthood.

Last year, with your incredible support, we made a meaningful difference in the lives of nearly 25,000 individuals in our community. By helping us raise much-needed funds, you enable us to continue making a positive difference in the lives of so many of our neighbors!
